Is there anything I can't have printed?
By sending us your files, you are stating that you have permission to reprint the items contained in your files. It is your responsibility to obtain consent to print purchased or downloaded items.
What we WILL print for you:
- original photos or artwork you have created
- scrapbook pages that you have designed using original elements or containing design items for which you have obtained print rights
What we WILL NOT print for you:
- any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights, unless proof is provided by the owner of consent to reprint the items in question
- images of nudity, pornography, and sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature or intent or that violates local, state or national laws or promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities
- any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, or hate propaganda or images that include swearing, or fraudulent material or activity
We reserve the right to refuse to print any image for any reason at our sole discretion.
