Why not use a local photo lab?
Printing Digital Scrapbook Pages at a local photo lab
Many digital scrapbookers recommend having your digital scrapbook pages printed at your local photo lab. The idea is to create an 8x8 page and have it printed on an 8x10 and then cut off the two inches at the bottom, or create an 11x11 page and have it printed on an 11x14 and cut off three inches at the bottom.
While this is labor intensive, it almost works. The problem is that you never get an actual 12x12 or 8½x11 page layout to put in your scrapbook. Another factor is longevity. Most photo labs use the least expensive paper available (so they can give you your $.23 prints), which can fade anywhere from 6 to 35 years.
